In high school, I was sexually abused by my teacher/assistant principal. He was also my godfather. The abuse led me to struggle with my mental health including attempting suicide. After years of therapy and self-healing, I volunteered to help coach and support other victims and survivors of abuse, which was a major turning point in my life.
As a survivor, I know what it feels like to feel stuck and overwhelmed by the weight of the past. I was stressed and lost hope. But deep down, I wanted to heal and live authentically. On my journey, I learned that no matter what you’ve been through, you have the power to rewrite your story. It begins in the mind. My transformation journey fuels my coaching and drives me to help others achieve the life they deserve.
